Retransmission of signals of positioning systems: GLONASS, GPS, BeiDou, GALILEO
For monitoring the location of TETRA network users as well as any mobile devices that use navigation and positioning in buildings and premises, not designed for receiving signals of global navigation satellite systems (GNSS), TISSCOM proposes technical solutions based on the use of equipment relaying signals from GNSS - GLONASS, GPS, BeiDou, GALILEO.
This equipment is designed to create a local source of GNSS signals in areas where it is not possible to receive such a signal directly:

Principle of operation
GNSS signal retransmission equipment transmits the signals received by the receiving antenna system installed outside the building into the enclosed space and allows the user equipment (TETRA radio stations, smartphones, etc.) using GNSS signals for geolocation to determine the location with accuracy "to the building" (coordinates of the installation location of the receiving antenna of the repeater).
The coordinates of the location of the TETRA radio station, in accordance with the programmed algorithm (triggering Protocol triggers – LIP), are automatically transmitted by the radio to the database of the TETRA network registration server. Special SOFTWARE processes the specified data and displays information about the location of the user.
Application
Retransmission equipment can be used to solve problems that require maintaining the current state of GNSS signals of navigation receivers (including to solve the problem of "cold start" of GNSS receivers) in difficult conditions of reception::
